Last Wednesday someone broke in to a shed in Kingscote and stole a chainsaw and telescopic hedge trimmer. Please be aware there are thieves in the area.

We would like to advise all Kingscote residents that there will be additional vehicles parking in Kingscote Village on Saturday 24th March between 12 noon and 5 p.m. as guests attend a lunchtime party at the Old Post House to celebrate Lucy’s 21st Birthday. As the adverse weather caused the postponement of the Beaufort point to point, which will now take place on Saturday March 10th, the joint Beaufort/Berkeley meet which was planned for Hunters Hall will now be a meet of the Berkeley Hounds, and will take place at 9.am.
